Moto Racer 4 – Video Game Review

0

Moto Racer 4We haven’t reviewed many video games before today (and I hope to change that as video gaming has taken over my house in the past couple of years).

Today we will tell you about Moto Racer 4.

Developed by Microids and Artefact Studio, Moto Racer 4 is the fourth game, following the successful trilogy.

There are 15 single and multiplayer game modes and you can play up to 10 players.

Here are two of the modes:

King of the Hill: Each rider starts with the same time on the clock. When time runs out for the leader, the other racers get extra turbo. The first racer to get their counter to zero wins the race.

Catch-Up: The player’s components begin the race with a head start and the player must be in first place at a specific time.

For players who have a Playstation VR headset, they can immerse themselves in the game using special VR features.

Rated E for Everyone.

Okay here’s the honest review:

My 10-year-old expert tested this game over the weekend and he was not impressed.

Here are the CONS:

He says there are poor graphics for a 2016 game. Also there is “strange handling, sometimes under steer” while playing.

He admitted he doesn’t get the story because it threw him into the game instantly.

There is a PRO!

The upside is that customization is pretty good, although he wished you can also customize the decals for the bikes.

Basically, not a winning formula for him as it was “boring.”

He gives it 3 out of 5 stars.

This is just one opinion. Others may really love it.

Moto Racer 4 will be available on XBox 1 and PS4 on January 24 for $39.99
