August is National Sandwich Month and  Colman’s Mustard offers their Colman’s Tuna Sandwich recipe to satisfy your taste buds. By replacing mayo with mustard as the key ingredient, not only is this mix a healthier take on tuna, but it also makes a lighter and more refreshing sandwich.

Colman’s Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 can solid white tuna, drained
1 tsp. Colman’s Mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup shallot, finely chopped
1 radish, finely chopped
½ tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk the Colman’s, vinegar, olive oil, and shallot to create a vinaigrette. Add the dill, radish, and tuna. Mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
