Bedtime Reading Books From Parragon

Wish upon a Dream

Here are two books that are new from Parragon and recommended for your home library.

Wish Upon A Dream by Margaret Wise Brown ($7.99): Brown’s 1947 classic Goodnight Moon has sold over 24 million copies internationally. The late author brought on the idea that children would rather read about their own lives instead of the fairytales that were traditionally popular.

Follow the boy and girl’s journey into the world of their dreams.

Turning the pages, you are enchanted by the words and drawings by Charlotte Cooke. Perfect for bedtime reading.

Parragon also has brought back Margaret’s The Good Little Bad Little Pig ($7.99). It tells the story of Peter who wants a perfect little pig for a pet. This engaging story teaches children about the rewards of being good. Loretta Schauer is the illustrator.

The digital version of The Good Little Bad Little Pig will be available December 2014.

Meadowside Picture Books - If You Can

If You Can…We Can by Beth Shoshan and illustrated by Petra Brown: A sweet book between two rabbits. At first I thought the tale is between a mom and her baby bunny. However it’s really two friends that share laughs, chores and songs together.

This is a very simple picture book, ideal for young readers five and under.
