The Trash Pack™ Garbage Truck from Moose Toys®

I give more details on three of the toys I’m wrapping up for my kids this Christmas!

You & Me Hide and Seek Friends from Toys“R”Us®

No peeking! Little mommies will love feeding and playing with this pair of Toys“R”Us exclusive interactive twins. Kids press the dolls’ chests to hear them speak to each other before engaging in an exciting match of peek-a-boo. When it’s time for a snack, the girls ask for their treats, allowing children to feed them with a magical fork or quench their thirst with a juice box. Additionally, the darling dolls come with a hair brush to style their lovely locks. 6 “AAA” batteries required (included). Ages 2 years and up.

(Rating: A – see top photo) Perfect gift for my daughter, who has been fascinated with talking dolls. I predict she will be so excited to get this. I like that if you really do have twins, they can enjoy this gift (which will be economical to buy)

Lalaloopsy™ Silly Hair™ dolls from MGA Entertainment®

Having sprung to life when their last stitch was sewn, two favorite Lalaloopsy dolls, Crumbs Sugar Cookie and Jewel Sparkles are back, and this time, they have magical hair that’s ready for a pretend treatment. Kids can twist, bend, straighten or curl their lovely locks to create an endless variety of looks. Each doll comes with a fun hair styling brush, four clips, six hair beads and a pet whose tail can also be styled. No batteries required. Ages 4 years and up.

(Rating: B) I’ve seen the commercials but didn’t really know what this doll is about. Very cute looking faces and interesting concept. If your child is into pretending to play hair stylist like mine, then this is the gift. Also I know I will probably want to hold it and twist the hair while I’m watching TV.

The Trash Pack™ Garbage Truck from Moose Toys

Squishy garbage-themed characters are the newest in collectible crazes and this garbage truck is the perfect home for over 10 disgusting – yet adorable – characters. This Toys“R”Us exclusive truck comes with Sludge Can and Dead Tire, two special edition Trashies® that are designed to look like items found in the trash. Tiny in size and squishy, each of the Trashies come in three colors and has unique features and molded edges that make them feel gross to touI’ve sech. For extra trash-time fun, kids can launch their Trashies at trash targets using the wheelie bin included in the pack or collect them all and build their gross gang by swapping and trading over 100 characters with friends. No batteries required. Ages 5 years and up.

(Rating: A) This one is a no brainer. I know my son will love this toy when he opens this one up. For me, it’s not the most “good looking” toy but come on…if it’s trucks then usually a child who is a vehicles fan will like playing with this. Besides, isn’t it nice to get something other than from the Cars 2 franchise?

Before you start shopping, check out the company’s official fan page, located at Facebook.com/Toysrus. It’s the ultimate hub of hot toy information for gift-givers. I’ve heard of Lalaloopsy, but I haven’t seen them until now. They look pretty cute. I think my girls would like them.
